Mister Hyde, I presume?

Mister Hyde, I presume? published on 2 Comments on Mister Hyde, I presume?

Woah, momma.

So here we have it, the history of Doc Monster! I know there have been several folk guessing what was behind Doc’s appearance and his supernatural strength, and now you have an explanation. Of course, Carson Clay seems to have some objection to the tale. What do you think? And how do you think Clay will feel working with Hyde next time?

What a fun way to end up 2015. Thanks to all of you for reading and for your support!

Best wishes,

-Dave

Way Beyond Complicated

Ah, the Truth.

Who can blame Carson for getting annoyed at all the cloak and dagger?

He’s seen a bucket full of crazy since this whole adventure started. I wonder what the truth actually is, and how Clay will react to it?

The next panel is going to be a doozy, folks. Strap in!

And, Merry Christmas! 🙂

WHO IS DOC MONSTER?

WHO IS DOC MONSTER? published on No Comments on WHO IS DOC MONSTER?

Welcome to panel FIFTY!

I just wish that Doc was here to enjoy it with us….or IS he? Is this man on the road DOC MONSTER? Carol doesn’t seem to be too shocked.

I enjoyed working on this panel. I’ve posted some in-process pictures up on my Patreon page, if you’re interested in that…seeing the strip early and getting free stuff!

Stay tuned for more shocking secrets revealed!

Yeah, you laugh, but who of us hasn’t been there? 🙂

So, there’s a picture of the Lightning Cannon Doc mentioned in an earlier post. I’m really pleased with how Carol’s face came out in this one, too.

Oh, by the way, the next post marks 50 panels into the Doc Monster story! Yay!

What say I do something shocking and revealer-ish? Oh, just you wait.

Shocking!

Shocking! published on No Comments on Shocking!

I’m sorry for the hiatus, folks. I’ve had some family issues pop up that led to some unexpected problems. Hopefully, those bits are sorted out and I can continue with my updates.

Perhaps God himself has been offended by Doc and the Monster and decided to smite them? Or, perhaps, is Agent Clay somehow involved? 🙂

Interesting mysteries are revealed in the next couple of panels!

“He who hesitates..”

Get’s his block knocked off by a raging super-scientist, apparently. I never heard that version when I was growing up, but it seems to hold true.

Notice that face-plate in the background behind Doc? Want to see what’s behind it?

The next panel is gonna be a doozy. 🙂

Over in an Instant

It looks bad for Doc, now that the creature has his Glow Stick of Destiny. Maybe the next panel is the end for the comic? Could be????

Or maybe Doc does something.

Or maybe Clay does something (where’s that pistol at, Clay, huh??).

Who knows? Well, unfortunately, I’m heading to Washington D.C. for a work convention next week, so you’ll have to hold your breath just a little longer to find out!

More soon…

The Creature Does Not Speak

Not so cocky now, eh Mister Science?

Or, maybe this was all part of the plan. Who knows with Doc?

I like the menace that the creature has in this picture, and the way the negative shapes flow in the piece. More brutal stuff to come!

As always, Doc is POWERED BY PATREON!

Get ’em, Doc!

I wonder where punching an alien falls under the close encounter rating (for those old enough to remember Close Encounters of the Third Kind)?

I debated on including the sound effect in this panel, as it is sort of out of vogue in some comic scenes, but I liked what it added to the encounter.

As always, Doc is Powered by Patreon!
