Here’s the dashboard of a T-bucket, and obviously people in trouble. Why the heck are they driving so fast?
Here’s a look at the T-bucket, one of the “hot rods” that kids were tinkering with around this time period. Essentially, it is an old Model-T chassis with a supped-up engine in the front. Let’s hope it’s fast enough for whatever is chasing them…
I love this shot. It looks like how I imagine speeding down a dark country road in an open-top roadster would feel.
Here is our first look at what has been terrorizing our group of teens. It’s inspired by the famous “Moth Man” that made an appearance in Point Pleasant, West Virginia years ago. I think this shot really brings the horror up a notch.
Another shot I’m very pleased with. Changing the view to that of the monster really makes the kids seem vulnerable. In a very short time, I’ve gotten pretty fond of these kids.
I like the crisp close-up with Judy as it’s contrasted with how Liz is being pulled away into darkness. I’m sorry, Liz.
I switched the format for this panel to a two-panel tall shot, to emphasize how alone the kids where during this horrible thing. I could have probably pulled it off with a normal panel. I’m not sure I’d do it again. We’ll see.
